Dear Friends and Family,
I am a family general dentist, and love and welcome children of all ages. My vision is to offer caring, comfortable, and comprehensive dental care. In addition, I also have a passion for cosmetic dentistry, where many new and exciting advances in dental materials such as composite or "white" fillings, porcelain veneers, and teeth whitening are making the news today!
My practice has state-of-the-art equipment, including soft leather dental chairs and digital x-rays to minimize radiation. These provide comfort and safety-two values which are most important to me.
To help you get to know me, I’ll share a little bit about my background and how I came to love the practice of dentistry. I was close to my grandmother who had a highly inspiring personality. Due to the fact that she didn’t have perfect teeth, she struggled to eat and didn’t smile enough. This inspired me to become a dentist and help people live a healthy life and above all have a great smile.
I have a Bachelors of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Rajiv Gandhi University, India and Doctor Of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from NOVA Southeastern University. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of Dentistry which includes volunteering at Community Smiles in Miami and being an associate dentist in a busy Raleigh private practice.
I have been married to Girish since 2003 who works for a software company founded by a Raleigh Entrepreneur. We have a 12 – year old son named Keeshant, whose energy and quest for knowledge bring a smile to our faces every day. One of the newest additions to our family is Mango, she is 7 month old Lhasa Apso puppy who spreads happiness and joy without asking anything back.
